Shipping CostsShipping costs for Multi-Function Tailgates are flat-rate based on location. For accessories, ground shipping costs are calculated at the time of order based on location.Shipping TimesBringIt Tailgates uses freight service on shipments to the continental United States and Canada. Please allow approximately 2-8 business days for your order to arrive based on your location and the products ordered. We’ll send a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed.TRANSIT TIMES (Business Days) Residential DeliveriesFor residential deliveries, the local freight service terminal will call you to schedule a half-day time slot when you know you’ll be home so they can deliver your BringIt Tailgate. Do not take off work to accept delivery until you have received that call and agreed to a time with the freight company. They’ll drop it off during that time slot using a truck with a liftgate, and they’ll request your signature. Freight Terminal DeliveriesFor freight terminal deliveries, the folks at the terminal will call you to alert you that your Multi-Function Tailgate is ready to be picked up. Be sure to ask them their hours. Shipping DamageEven though we make every attempt necessary for it not to, it still happens occasionally. All shipping damage should be noted on the shipment form BEFORE signing for any package or shipment. Any shipping damage MUST be reported to BringIt Tailgates within 72 hours of receipt of product for full claims processing. If reported within 72 hours, BringIt Tailgates will make arrangements to repair or replace the damaged products and will cover shipping costs for replacement. Any shipping damage reported after 72 hours of receipt cannot receive full claims processing. BringIt Tailgates will work to repair or replace any damaged product with the customer paying shipping costs of repairs or replacements. BringIt Tailgates reserves the right to asses repair or restock fees, however, clear shipping damage will not be subject to restocking fees. Our Return PolicyIf you are not satisfied with your Multi-Function Tailgate, you can return it within 30 days upon receipt. BringIt Tailgates’ guarantee doesn’t cover damage caused by improper use or accidents subject to the terms of our warranty. Because of the size and weight of a BringIt Tailgate, we do not offer a refund for any shipping charges you may have paid to receive your BringIt Tailgate. Returns will be charged an additional return shipping fee of $250 or more, depending on your location. A full refund for the price of the product will be automatically applied to the original payment method within 14 days of BringIt Tailgates receiving the returned product, less fees. If your Multi-Function Tailgate is returned in damaged condition or with missing parts, you may be charged an additional restocking fee. All product must be returned in the original packaging. This return policy only applies to products purchased directly from BringIt Tailgates via phone or website.
